Oldham RLFC are launching a Junior Supporters Club for under 16’s under the name ‘Roary’s Pride’ and based around the popularity of Oldham’s mascot Roary the Lion. There will be a dedicated space in the clubhouse for junior members called ‘The Lion’s Den’.
Launch date is at the home game on 24th March 2019 when junior members will receive a ‘goody bag’ of gifts including caps, t-shirts and water bottles. These are being provided with the help of Rugby Oldham Supporters Trust who are contributing a four figure sum to promote this very welcome initiative.
We congratulate all involved with the launch and hope it will help build future relationships with young fans and their parents, helping to create a forward looking, progressive fan base that can take Oldham to the next level.
